Terms of Service

Last Updated: 4/1/2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Conflict Room application, website, or services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Not Medical or Psychological Advice

Conflict Room is a communication tool, not a healthcare provider. The Service uses Artificial Intelligence to provide real-time feedback on communication patterns. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, including psychiatric or psychological care.

If you are experiencing domestic abuse, violence, or feel unsafe, please stop using the app immediately and contact local emergency services or a domestic violence hotline.

3. User Accounts and Subscriptions

  • Personal Subscriptions: Billed on a recurring basis as selected at checkout. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.
  • Therapist Licenses: If you are accessing the Service via an invite code provided by a therapist, your access is contingent upon their active subscription and management of your license.
  • Security: You are responsible for safeguarding the password, biometrics, or passkeys used to access the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Harass, abuse, or threaten your communication partner.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer the AI mediation logic.
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to provide helpful communication insights, AI models can make mistakes. We do not warrant that the Service will perfectly resolve conflicts or that the AI will catch every instance of poor communication.
